About the Chef
Chef Gary Jones is Michelin star awarded, London and is the Gourmet traveler restaurant of the year winner, Perth.
The chef was invited to cook for King George Tupou V of Tonga at his coronation.
He is also the former chef and owner of San Lorenzo Perth, and Jones Restaurant Melbourne, former Executive chef of Michaels Riverside Restaurant Brisbane.
